WRR

Dear Friends,

Life is loud. There is seemingly never-ending noise, a hum that is constant, and mind chatter that does not let up swirling in what was, what if, and what now...

Why do we do this to ourselves?

Why do we live this way as if this is the only way to live?

What would happen if for just one weekend, we let go of the noise and lift up the possibility of peace and quiet?

When space is created for silence, something shifts within. There is an expansion, an opening, the recognition of pure potentiality. You move deep into yourself: your highest self, your center, your source.

Silence is a key to opening the infinite space within that is so easily lost in the noise of everyday life.

Holding Silence is an opportunity to cultivate this sacred space in a nourishing and nurturing way. You will connect to your highest self in order to remember the truth that you are never alone, it is never too noisy, and your center is always available just waiting for you to return. Holding Silences is a three-day retreat, reset, that will remind you who you truly are and the power you hold within that will rise up when silence is sought.

We invite you to step into silence with yoga and meditation. We invite you to journey deep into yourself and remember the place from which you come. We invite you to tune in and turn up your inner voice, the one that speaks from your heart.

Please join us in Holding Silence together to create spaciousness for the love that we are made of and the love we are meant to receive. In silence, we hear the Divine wisdom that arises from the heart. From here, anything, everything is possible.

With Love,

Dawn & Heidi
